Thank you to Best Bites and Urban Kitchen (Dusit Thani) for a 5* afternoon!
We were greeted warmly and seated in the lounge where a pianist played some popular tunes (can't beat a bit of Abba!) and we were served a gin with our choice of Fever Tree tonic. Duminda, the Restaurant Manager, then came and gave us a guided tour of the various food stations. There was everything you could imagine - soups, breads, cheeses, salads, Thai, Indian, Arabic, grills, roasts, pasta, seafood, sushi and a huge range of desserts. The choices of grape were red (Merlot) or white (SB), along with Mojitos, Bloody Marys or Tiger hops. We stuck to the Mojitos, which were perfect, and staff were constantly around to refresh drinks and top up our water. Dirty plates were cleared away promptly and fresh cutlery provided. All the staff were lovely but extra thanks to Ariane who took special care of us all afternoon. The managers popped by regularly to make sure we were happy and I noted that the other tables were receiving an equally attentive level of service. We took our tea and coffee out onto the terrace to soak up the late afternoon sun (and also had a cheeky scoop of ice cream!) We felt that this was as good as some of the "top" brunches we've been to, in respect of quality, choice and service. In fact, the level of service was the highest we've experienced. Well done guys and thanks again!
