Fresh, light yet fulfilling. The first time ever i had tried pho in this country and id say The Pho Room made it good. I opted for the seafood one, and chunky jewels of the sea are there - squid balls, squid and prawns that delightfully add taste to that neutral soup base. The noodles are not soggy, the greens are placed just in perfect time to add that crunch texture. The Vietnamese spring roll is a fresh scrub to the palate. Id prefer the angel hair/vermicelli noodles tho for a finer one. Then again it is fresh, crunchy and yum. I missed the peanut sauce that should go perfectly with this instead of the sweet and sour dip.
Fast service, yum and good on the budget. They should expand their branches. ☺️
