We have reviewed this place before but feel the need to sing it's praises again as we had yet another amazing experience and on a BOGOF thanks to BBAD👍
Firstly, whilst this is a very small brunch, the quality of the food makes up for any shortcomings in available options (when compared to Ritz, Olea etc). Each plate is a flavour explosion, cooked to perfection from the open kitchens by some very friendly and happy chefs.
I started with Steak Tartare, Tuna and Lamb Shank, all small plates, excellently presented and seasoned. My better half went for the Couq au vin and Salmon, she said they were excellent.
For mains we went for a selection of steaks (flank, rib eye, fillet and striploin), cooked to perfection by the chef, tender, juicy and well seasoned, accompanied by some roast veg and fondant potato, simply stunning.
We then finished with some phenomenal desserts, one sticky Toffee pudding with caramel ice cream and one beautifully posh cheesecake.
Our daughter had some homemade pasta, not on display but brought direct to us by the chef when requested, she was very happy with this and she finished off with some customised cupcakes which she designed herself.
The last time we went it was quiet so I marked the ambience down, however, clearly the good word has got out about ADs best kept secret and it was busy with a buzzing atmosphere and good music.
