Tea Club is not just a place for tea! This place is a hidden gem. Recently opened they offer breakfast as well as a a large menu of salads, hot and cold appetizers, mains and desserts. There is even a dedicated tea menu!
The decor inside is very glamorous and cool. The plush velvet couches were very comfortable, thankfully, as we needed a lay down after all the food we ate!
Now its safe to say we did gorge ourselves on way too much food but we wanted to try everything! The burrata salad was fresh and had a bright pop from the pesto and fresh tomatoes. The buffalo chicken (and i LOVE buffalo chicken) was super crispy with tender white meat inside. Served with buffalo and ranch sauce on the side...this ones a winner! Towering samurai fries were a favourite of my guest! The Afnavera pasta had a ton of fresh veggies with rosé sauce and a hint of truffle.
Lawrence, the restaurants manager recommended his favourite, the Monk Tea, to enjoy with our Afternoon Tea set. Beautifully presented there is a nice mix of savoury and sweet. The monk tea had notes of pomegranate and vanilla, it was the perfect way to end the meal.
This place is little hard to find, its across from Burgerhood. They do offer private parking. Just pull up to the barrier in front of the building and let them know you are dining at Tea Club.
