SushiSan has most definitely upped its brunch game and now produces a brunch with food that runs the gamut of Japanese cuisine. We started with a platter of incredible appetizers - including miso soup, my all time fave cucumber salad and crispy vegetable tempura. The sushi platter included no less than 10 pieces of sushi and a delectable pile of sashimi. Interspersed with all of this were plates of the most glorious little bits to try. The best of these was the salmon tartare - the best i've ever had - and the sushi pizza ... wowzers! We finished with traditional Japanese citrus choux: the perfect palate cleanser. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful and genuinely interested in making our experience the best it could be. The only downside from a family perspective is that there is no kids menu and a lot of the flavours are quite adult in nature. If you're a lover of Japanese food, this is the brunch for you.
