At the back of Al Mariah Mall.
IT IS A GEM of a find! It is at the back alleys at the heart of the city (at the back of Al Mariah Mall). Videokes and good food are said to be a Filipino’s weakness so for Filipinos wanting a good plate of our awesome threesome wowsome tapsilog/longsilog/chicksilog (excuse me my non-Filipino readers but these are combo meals of beef steak, fried rice, fried egg; beef sweet sausage, fried egg; fried chicken, fried rice and fried egg) it is here! My longsilog is good - garlicky fried rice 👍🏻, longanisa is not too sweet and I haven’t seen any hard tendons in unlike the others and I loove their fried egg’s runny yolk. ❤️ The chicken empanada is a WINNER! 👏🏻 i have never tried them with pineapple and it is yum. Chicken skin chicharon is wow! Crunchy, not oily, and tastes freshly cooked (not just reheated). I was not quite a fan of the turon (banana wraped in wonton and deep fried with sugar) - id love to have more sugar with the banana inside please for that extra sugar rush 😜. The pinakbet with jumbo prawns topping is 🤤❤️. It is a small space - just six tables, perfect for small gatherings for great videoke time! Have to commend their very accommodating staff too. Thank you! ☺️
