Had not been for a wile, at least 3-4 month. Never the less I being craving their BIBIMBAP badly...And so tonight we finally made it there. To my surprise it was full, not like it’s ever empty. But tonight it was packed, probably one of the busiest places I have seen at dinner time for a very long time (Luckily there was one table available) And I don’t wonder why! Service is great, food it’s always awesome and the bill very pocket friendly. So if you as me love Korean food pls give it a go you want regret. Can’t say much about their sushi as I have never tried it, but their Korean dishes sure get as authentic as they could. And if u never tried Korean food...give it a go... so many diferente combinations of flavors, textures, spices... sweet, sour, spicy all in one bite!! It’s sure an culinary adventure.
Today we went for their Bibimbap which comes in this piping hot iron cast bowl. Such an addictive simple dish. Shredded veggies carrots, zucchini, mushrooms over rice with a fried egg and beef (on the pic missing as I was having a vegetarian kind of a day). On which later on one add this “spice paste” (don’t ask me what it is as I have no clue but sure is yummy, guess some kind of fermented chilly, bean, spice-mix that just makes this dish so good) and mix everything together. So comforting! Their complementary lill dishes are amaizing too, and always diferente (beside the iconic kimchi = fermented cabbage with chilly) which makes one try something new every time. Love it!!!!
PS: They got 2017 certificate of excellence by TripAdvisor 😉
