Al Wahda Mall.
So I figured that the best way to get hubby to eat out, was to tire him out in a mall 😜 After walking around for hours, we decided to grab lunch at the Genghis Grill for some tempting Asian Food. So for starters we got complimentary rice crackers (Kerupuk - apparently they're of Indonesian origin) of different colours. My tot (obviously) grabbed the pink one and made us eat the rest. They were crunchy and really tasty. The menu looks so inviting, you'd be tempted to just keep trying stuff. We started off the with the creamy Siracha Chicken Bao Buns. We loved it - soft buns and an amazing sauce! My tot however made me scrape off the fillings and she wanted to eat 'only bun'. (Go figure.) For mains, we ordered Korean BBQ Beef and Malya Hot Red Pepper Curry (Chicken) with a side of brown rice. Ah...heaven! The curry was delicious - fresh, creamy, coconuty, lemony! The beef was done just right. The portion sizes were pretty good too. The meal was so satisfying and we couldn't find any fault with the experience. We are definitely coming back here! Another great point was the service. Our server was friendly and helped us choose the dishes. The place is child-friendly and they accept entertainer vouchers as well.
