I am so happy that there is finally such good Chinese food in Abu Dhabi. Dragon Bao Bao is a small Chinese cafeteria that opened just recently, and it's already pretty popular within the Chinese community. Their main thing is their hand pulled noodles (Lanzhou lamian) in beef broth. It's only 18dhs a bowl, and you can refill the noodles or beef for 10dhs. They also have hand-sliced noodles, and other broths too. Their menu also has a small selection of northern Chinese dishes, and they even have dessert in the form of shaved ice, which they call mienmien ice. So far we've also tried their homemade dumplings (delicious), baozi (very similar to Panda Bao Bao, so not my favorite style), cold sliced beef (a bit too salty), and beef tripe in chili oil (this was awesome). Hope to try their shaved ice next time.
The main downside is the small space and long wait times for anything that's not noodles. It's literally a cafeteria, and they've only got 2 booths and 2 small tables. But the place is clean and the food is like what you would find in a small noodle shop in China.
