Today we went to Dino's Bistro Italiano at Pearl Rotana for their Saturday brunch. We had originally planned to go to Yas Origins Saturday Family brunch but that is not on anymore. So we were a group of 5 which included my 7yo son. The sous chef Rjhana(spelling 🤔) immediately came to our table and whisked our son away into the kitchen to make his own pizza, which he absolutely loved.

This is a brunch where you pick your choices off a menu card, and then it is cooked to order and brought to your table. We started off with a lovely white bean, Italian sausage and kale soup which was served with an onion foccacia, and a small charcuterie plate. Off to a great start, all delicious. Then onto appetisers of caeser salad, a buffalo mozzarella salad and calamari fritti (we ordered more of this as it was so good).

I am not sure what course this next one was but it was in between appetizers and mains, being 3 different pizzas all beautifully cooked. By this time we were getting a bit full so asked to slow down the mains, which they had no issue with.

Mains arrived of ricotta/spinach ravioli, bream in a lemon sauce and spiral pasta with a mushroon sauce - again all delicious.

Finally a small desert plate of panna cotta, chocolate cake and tiramisu which were ok. Also had coffee.

We took the 2nd package for the alcohol drinkers and it was ok. It's quite limited in choice and the red wasn't great. But for a brunch for 4.5 people at $650 incl 20% off for ADBB we cannot complain. Would we go back, most definitely !!
