Saturday’s Yum Cha Brunch at Dai Pai Dong. As usual, we were welcomed with their awesome sake-proseco cocktails at the bar. Then we were greeted by a their new manager. He introduced us to the new menu with wider varieties. They also placed a live station with the duck, salad and sushi bar apart from the dessert bar. The manager explained that even if it was a chinese restaurant, they had tons of requests for Sushi, so they trialed that Saturday. This was the first time they revised the menu and they chose the best sellers according to the staff. Also, this was the first time I had “Xiao Long Bao” apart from Din Tai Fung! Of course we were pleased. Same price, for a wider variety. I was so pleased I forgot to take photos of the actual food we had!😅 Food **** Staff ***** Ambiance ***** Of course I’ll revisit.
