The grand finale for all things brunchy for the summer- before we head off for our summer holidays- and boy! What a finale!
From the little pot of caviar to start with to the salad and seafood section- not very big but exquisite fresh flavours, to the pasta station (they do Gluten free pasta) and foie gras- everything was beautifully prepared and presented with a smile.
The uniqueness of this particular brunch was the chef’s trolleys. The chefs brought out their own creation on trolleys to your table, for you to try! This is in addition to the normal spread. Seafood and spinach soup does not sound like much- but believe me- it tasted amazing! And there were cocktail trolleys too!
Cheese section had a Raclette- never seen it in any other buffet!
Dessert- again relatively small but very yum (and Gluten free desserts available too)
I saw a separate play area for kids- so it caters to young family too!
Service was one of the best- very personalised, our glasses were never empty, our dishes cleared straight away! Credit to manager Luca ( think that was his name- had a few drinks by then😝😝) who came and chatted with us- and was very hands on throughout!
