Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 Atmosphere ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Having gone to Bu before for ladies night and enjoyed myself, I came into brunch with high expectations. I have read some mixed reviews on here so I was hoping to not be disappointed and I was not!! This brunch has quickly become one of my favourites in the city. The brunch is all table service with a menu of tapas items for sharing as well as main courses. We used the entertainer which is on the house beverage package. It was an impressive list of wine, cava, beer and cocktails. Between the 5 of us we ordered most drinks on the menu. The only miss was the rosé, which was not to anyone's taste. The food highlights were the guacamole, ceviches and the Brazilian steak. The steak was grilled to a perfect medium rare with a nice char flavour, it was melt in your mouth. The chicken arepas were deliciously smokey and spicy. The dessert platter was a perfect end to the meal, not too sweet. Service from Jose was exceptional! He kept the drinks and food flowing, the table was consistently cleared and restocked and our napkins were folded each time we left the table. It's all in the details! Can't wait to go back soon!
