Just visited Coya for the first time and had their business lunch menu which at AED110 for 2 starters and a main with a side is a steal. My husband and I shared all the dishes and had the salmon and sea bream ceviche, beetroot mash with goats cheese (sounds odd but was delicious) and chicken anticuchos to start with followed by spicy steak and josper chicken for mains with asparagus rice. They also provided complimentary spicy edamame beans to start with when we arrived. The portions were presumably smaller compared to ordering a la carte but were large enough to share and all top quality. The waiters, waitresses and our hostess were all absolutely lovely and seemed genuinely excited about the restaurant and menu. The decor (and the amazing pisco sour) took me straight back to my honeymoon in Peru and I honestly can't wait to go back soon. And on a plus note there is no ++ when you get the bill. So at AED220 for 2 for lunch for the quality and amount of food we received it was an absolute bargain.
