Four Seasons, Al Maryah Island.
Went for Brunch at Coya. It definitely had an air of being something special with a real Latin feel and cool vibe. It was fabulous with a small selection of food that was superbly fresh and tasty. Loved the salmon tacos and avocado maki rolls. Whilst the food was delicious I was left craving for more of the traditional brunch staples. However, the service is 5 star, really knowlegeable staff that took the time to explain every dish and their particular favourites. In addition, there was a really friendly feel amongst the staff, they were all laughing together with the occasional salsa move or 2 taking place in between serving customers. I have never been at a brunch where there was such an amiable and fun ambience made by the staff, like they loved working there! The live band was awesome and really added to the lively atmosphere. In short, I'd like to have dinner there but due to the limited food choice I'm not sure I'd be rushing back for brunch. Also it is VERY expensive. With a tip we paid over 1500aed for 1 wine and beer package and 1 champagne package. It was my birthday so would only be a once a year event!
