I'm happy that the love for food runs in the family. My sister and I decided to do a breakfast at the 5th Street Cafe. My nephew is happy to eat nutella three times a day and as usual ordered the buttermilk pancakes topped with nutella and berries (kid's meal). I opted for the eggs Florentine with poached eggs, while my d Sis opted for the same dish, except with an omelette. The eggs were perfectly done, but I found the salmon base to be too salty. We ordered the cornflakes crusted French toast too. Served with condensed milk and maple syrup, it was delicious (but I'm more partial to the French toast at Julies). The hot chocolate and cappuccino were decent. I really liked the service as our server was courteous and quite friendly. They take the entertainer as well so that's an incentive. They're serve breakfast all day and I'm glad we discovered the place. Valet parking ensures that you don't have to think twice before heading to the cafe.
